A. Our Content Review is $379, which includes an evaluation of the content on your home page plus one other key page on your website.


Q. What does a Content Review report include?

A. Your Content Review report includes:

  1. A summary of our findings
  2. An action plan with suggested improvements for your site
  3. A completed checklist, which covers more than 50 elements that contribute to the effectiveness of your website's content.

Q. When and how do I pay for the Content Review?

A. When we send your report, we'll include a link for secure credit-card payment of $379 via Google Checkout. Payment is due upon receipt of this link.


Q. What if I need help implementing your suggestions?

A. If you would like us to implement any of our suggestions, we can provide estimates and prioritize the work, allowing you to pick changes you feel will be most effective for your budget. You can also take our suggestions to your current web-maintenance folks. In many cases, the suggested improvements involve text changes only and do not require immediate site structure or design changes.


Q. Do you guarantee satisfaction?

A. If you're not satisfied with your report, we will work with you to try to remedy the situation.
